Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of our products and services. By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or services. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. We will always try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to changes taking effect.

1. Account Creation

1.1 During registration you must provide us with accurate information that remains complete and up to date at all times. This information will be used in communication with you

1.2 You agree to keep your account secure at all times by applying necessary security practices if needed such as 2FA (Two Factor Authentication). You also agree that access to your account will be restricted to you only. If you would like to give access to other people you must use the PaceKB Sub User feature which is built with security in mind

1.3 You must not, without prior written consent from PaceKB transfer or “resell” accounts on our platform.

1.4 You must be aged 16 or over to use PaceKB.

1.5 Every plan has limitations in place that restrict you from performing some actions. You agree to abide by these restrictions and not try to bypass them in any way.

1.6 Some features may not be actively available at the time of creating your PaceKB account. You may contact us if a feature advertised is missing and we can provide estimate release dates.

1.7 Unplanned and planned maintenance may occur at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 PaceKB may appoint an administrator in the event of an unpaid balance.

2.2 PaceKB reserves the right to change our plan pricing at any time without consent to users that are not actively using our plan. If you are an active user you will be alerted to the pricing change ahead of your next payment.

2.3 You agree that PaceKB will automatically charge you on a recurring basis for paid plans.

2.4 PaceKB will provide you with the service paid for whilst actively using our services, unless we terminate your account in accordance with clause 4

3. User Content

3.1 PaceKB is not responsible for content on user websites. Please contact PaceKB if you would like to request the removal of any content that appears to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions

3.2 You must only host content on your website that you have permission to use.

3.3 You must not mislead users with content on your Knowledge Base

3.4 You must not offensive terms on your Knowledge Base

3.5 No harmful content should be hosted using PaceKB

3.6 Content posted on your Knowledge Base must be in compliance with UK Law

4. Termination

4.1 Unless stated otherwise by PaceKB, terminations will not result in a refund of any kind.

4.2 PaceKB reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you are found to be in violation of any Terms and Conditions in this agreement.

4.3 It is not possible to terminate an account that has an outstanding balance owed to PaceKB. You must settle any debt ahead of account Termination.

4.4 Most of the time you can terminate your account at any time from your PaceKB Administrator Panel. If you do not have this option you may contact PaceKB to see restrictions that are preventing you from doing this.

5. Governing Law

5.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the courts of England in the event of any dispute or claim that arises with PaceKB or with this agreement.

Failure to enforce these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of rights. If any of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.
